UPDATE
We added a privacy fence along the top of the retaining wall in white vinyl lattice. Eventually we will have climbing roses in the long pots along the base of the fence as well as clematis. We have taken several pictures from different angles to show the effect of the fence. It is 4 feet high and 32 feet long.
